（ps：我说的“不用”指的是手机卸载app、只保留电脑使用、不刷朋友圈、只定期 check 消息、忽视90%只回复一些重要的。不要揪着字眼说我明明看你balabal…很烦。）

很久以前老是在古早论坛上刷到那种帖子，说有个朋友移民国外，结果微信消息再也没有回了，朋友圈永远定格在了某一天再也不更新了，不知道是死了还是怎样。然后有人回复说，ta只是过上了新人生，懒得回头。
